Eight sites were evaluated, but three of the eight are currently considered most viable because they best match criteria established by the CHS as necessary for a new building. “Permit Center site”
Located off 14th and Bannock
“Colfax and Lincoln site”
Located on the corner of Colfax and Lincoln adjacent to the Attorney General building
“Civic Center Park site,”
Located on the southwest side of the park off 14th and Bannock directly across from the historic Carnegie Library.
