Catering
Three Tomatoes Catering, Inc. (owner of the “Three Tomatoes” brand and the “Cowtown Catering” brand) is the exclusive caterer for all third party events (rentals) at the Colorado History Museum. The Three
Tomatoes sales staff will promptly and courteously return all calls
regarding catered events at the Museum. The sales staff can be reached at 303.433.3332 or via the Web site www.threetomatoes.com. If a client chooses not to contract with Three Tomatoes, the Colorado History Museum will assess a $2 per person selection fee based on the total number of people contracted to attend the event. Clients not choosing Three Tomatoes will be referred to a small list of approved caterers for the Colorado History Museum. If the client is not satisfied with the approved list and decides to use an unapproved caterer, the given caterer must also pay an additional $250 damage deposit to the Colorado History Museum (selection fee still applies). The deposit is 100% refundable if the unapproved caterer meets the requirements of the Museum, does a walk-through with the Museum Rentals Manager prior to event, and follows the Museum’s User Guidelines for set-up and teardown of the event. Contact Museum Rentals Manager for more information.
