Copy Services
Library staff provide a photocopy service for patrons using the
library. The patron completes a "Copying Service" request form listing
materials to be copied, then returns the form and materials to be
copied to the librarian. Library staff will have the photocopies
ready to be picked up within 48 hours. Copies can be mailed upon
request for a small additional fee.
 Books,
manuscripts, maps and serials
Library staff will copy from these materials as long as the process
doesn't harm the originals and doesn't violate copyright laws or
collections use policies.
Individual Colorado Magazine articles are currently being cataloged and added to our online catalog.
Copies of articles from The Colorado Magazine can be purchased for $7.00 each, prepaid by check, money order or credit card. If an article is continued in subsequent numbers, the charge will be $7.00 for each installment. Shipping is free. Contact the library to make your request.
Newspapers
Newspapers on microfilm may be copied by patrons using microfilm
reader/printers available in the library. Copies are 25 cents per
page. Hard copy newspaper articles are copied by library staff.
Duplicate positive 35 mm microfilm reels may also be ordered.
Photographs
Library visitors may have photocopies of photographs made using
the library copy service. Photocopies are double sided, so patrons
have information from the back of the photograph. Photocopies are
made for research only, not to be published or reproduced in any
medium.
