Loan Policy The Stephen H. Hart Library grants no interlibrary loans, but makes every effort to serve requests by photocopy, microfilm, etc. We will photocopy specified pages from books, serials, and non-restricted manuscript collections (subject to copyright laws and collections use policies). We will also photocopy photographs from a specified subject area. Newspaper microfilm cannot be loaned, but entire reels of microfilm may be purchased according to the schedule below. Specific articles may also be requested and researched as explained below.
