Rates and Times - Weddings, Receptions and Private Parties

A seven hour time block is offered for rentals which includes two hours for set-up, four hours for the reception, and one hour for clean-up.  If your rental includes a wedding ceremony, the mansion increases the rental time by one half hour at no additional charge.  The renter has the option of purchasing additional reception time, if available. The latest hour guests may attend a reception is 12:00 a.m., with the clean-up between 12:00 and 1:00 a.m.

One hour of additional reception time may be purchased at $ 200.00.

Additional set-up time beyond the two hours allowed for caterers, photos, or decorating may be purchased at $ 100.00 per hour.

A one hour wedding rehearsal may be scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  The fee for a rehearsal is $ 100.00.

The mansion is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

New Year’s Eve rental fee is $3,400.00.  The seven and one half hour time block would include a 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. set-up, 8:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. reception, and 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. clean-up.
