Admission
On March 29, 2010, the Colorado History Museum will close to the public as we prepare for the move to the new History Colorado Center, one block south of the current museum location. The permanent exhibitions and collections at the Colorado History Museum’s are currently under a phased deconstruction schedule. The museum will remain open to visitors and private parties until the closing of the final exhibition, Allen True’s West, on March 28, 2010.
Between now and March 28, 2010, admission to the Colorado History Museum will be FREE, and the museum will remain open during normal business hours.
Museum Hours
Open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, noon to 5 p.m.
Parking
Parking is available at the Cultural Center Parking Garage at 12th Avenue and Broadway. Open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Unattended lots and metered parking spaces are within walking distance. Handicapped accessible parking is available in the garage and along 13th and 14th Avenues.
