Blue ArrowCreating Artistic Images of Early Pueblo. Kids Spring Break Workshop - by Starr Miller
Monday, March 22 through Friday, March 26, 2010
10 a.m. to noon

Noted artist Starr Miller will teach a week-long workshop during Spring Break for children 9 years of age and older. During the workshop, children will learn local history as they create several pieces of art work and explore art techniques using pencil, watercolor and oil pastels.
$40 per person which includes supplies or $10 for one day.

Blue ArrowPueblo's Annual Quilt Show
Thursday, April 8 through Saturday, April 10, 2010
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pueblo's Annual Quilt Show will be featured at the museum. Vibrantly hand-crafted quilts from around the region will be on display in the High Vista Gallery and El Pueblo Galleria. Visitors may bring their own quilts for documentation; the first quilt is $12 and additional quilts are $8 each. Call the museum for more information, 719/583-0453.

Blue Arrow"Mesoamerica" Lecture - by Robert Mack
Wednesday, April 28, 2010
7 p.m.

Robert Mack, Associate Professor of Anthropology, University of Alaska, will present the lecture/slide presentation, "Mesoamerica". Audience members will learn what constitutes the region of Mesoamerica and the discoveries he has encountered there as an anthropologist. Robert Mack has an extensive teaching career and archaeological field work.
$7 per person.

School Tours
School groups receive a discount on admission.
