 Denver’s Skid Row

Skid Row almost devoured downtown Denver during the 1950s as residents and businesses fled to suburbia. Larimer Street became infested with cheap bars and flea-bitten small hotels. Join preservationist and developer Dana Crawford and Tom “Dr. Colorado” Noel for a look at Denver’s shady past and learn how Larimer became a hip, vibrant downtown venue. Enjoy drinks at Scruffy’s and then join Crawford and Noel for walking tour.
